All carriers operate a contact-free delivery service, meaning no signature will be required at the door. You can view each carrier’s safety guidelines directly on their website once the parcel is dispatched.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers may have limitations regarding shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your order falls under these restrictions, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the product was damaged or incorrect.
