We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Below you’ll find answers to our most frequently asked questions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

What items are returnable?
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Your return request (including full name, email, and order number) must be emailed to support@nunabubs.com within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition and original packaging with all labels, tags, assembly tools, and accessories included.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective or incorrect items).
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale or imperfect items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Your 30-day trial period begins the day you receive your original order. Exchanges within that period do not extend the trial window.
✅ Important: If the product is not returned in its original condition and packaging, nuna bubs reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
- Email support@nunaxbubs.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once your item arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund or next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
- If your return is not approved, our team will contact you with an explanation.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange is to:
- Return the item you don’t want.
- Place a new order for the product you do want.
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued, and the new order will ship separately.
Are international returns free?
Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for free return shipping.
Exceptions apply if:
- The item is defective, or
- We made a shipping error.

- Import duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in your order total.
- nuna bubs is not responsible for customs charges or duties on returns.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@nunabubs.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — either by replacement, exchange, or refund.
